1. About Packing&Shipping
-We’ll try best to pack every order in good condition before delivery. But we cannot ensure the package are still in good condition when you receive it because of the board-across and long distance transportation. So if you find the package broken when receive it, please check it carefully if the goods are in good condition. If not, please don’t sign it and take a picture for us. After you signed, we won’t be responsible for any claim.
-We can accept a dropshipping according to your intention. All goods will be packed in good condition as your requirements(without any marks, company name or other information of seller). Tracking number will be updated with the order after shipping.
-Please make sure your shipping address left correctly when you place the order(including full name, full address information, zip code and telephone number), item will send to the address you left ONLY! After order shiped out, there will no chance to change anything, we won’t be responsible for the delivery failure because of incomplete address information!
-The product cost does not include any import taxes and duties, and buyers are responsible for that.
The delivery time may vary to different countries, particularly during PEAK PERIODS(like Holiday Seasons) or UNEXPECTED FACTORS(like Weather Conditions, Strike, Customs Detains, War etc). Please choose the right shipping way according to your conditions(China Post is the most economic ways, but also the slowest way ).
Below are estimated shipping time for different shipping ways, you can take for reference:
-If you find there is difference with the description on our shop, you can contact us for a resolution and send the goods back if necessary. But except damages by shipping and manual wrong doings, which is out of our control.After approval, we will refund part or full of the goods money. Shipping from and back cost will not be refunded.
